The 2nd Bank Quest

Hi, I'm lvl 42 and for some reason I can't get the 2nd bank quest that adds more inventory space. The only quest bankers have is the "Ten Million Note..",

Is this a bug or like how can I get the quest??? I did complete the first one.

    By any chance ..
    Do you already got the Quest that ask for an "Expanding Stone" ?
    If Yes .. trash this one and talk to the banker again

    I bought a couple safe extension stones when they were on sale and went to turn one in. I didn't realize that there was an option for the Gather the Materials quest again until after I turned in the stone. Ever since then I've never been able to do the quest. :(

    yea i'm havin trouble with the same thing i also trash the the expanison stone quest and its still not working
