    I think i saw some in the valley NorthWest of Plume City (sorry forgot what the name of the valley is) if i can find a map i will post the name later..

    they're in Scorpion Valley. They're near lvl 40

    There are also Lithic Scorpion Kings as you go west from the Gate of Antiquity (Across the river from the City of Plume) that are lower level. They're not technically red, but they're slightly differently colored than the standard scorpions and they're pretty low level (Like 11 or 12 I think)

    So if someone was too low but still wanted something a bit different, could look into that.
