    Please do not use symbols other than alphanumerics, periods, commas, exclamation marks, quotation marks, apostraphes, parenthenses, and similar common letters. Do not use the "smart punctionation' features that tilt quotation marks and apostraphes.

    Do not copy from other software (especially Microsoft Word) into the Reply dialog.

    If the problem persists, can you detail what web browser you are using, and if applicable, what plugins.

    Lets see if is working, i tried to use firefox and the Internet Explorer, but maybe its working now, ty.
