Help! where can i find cage OR 20 Fodder

okay, so here i am talking to the pet skill trainer and getting a quest.
The quest which is needed to get another slot in ur pet bag.
So i have to find a cage or 20 fodder, and i have no clue wut the fodder is and i've been searching other topics and apparently u find ''fodder'' from turtles. Now i was killing some highlands turtoise and it dosn't give me and ''Fodder'' besides it seems like it will be awhile till i get all 20.
So i'm trying to find a cage and i can't find any, i dunno where to look.
Anyone, Help?

    Cages are cash shop items.
    The fodder is Hay. Hay can be found from various mobs, most notably from Antelope Pups (lvl 30).

    Yehh, in that case i'll stick with cage cuz im only lvl 17,
    And where exacly can i find a cash shop ?

    The cash shop, or boutique, can be opened by pressing O. As the name suggest, you buy things with real money there. You have to charge your Zen on the site, this Zen is then used to buy items in the boutique.

    ok so basically the only way to get a cage is to pay real life money which is a rip off cuz u dun even get to keep it in the first palce and its pretty useless. So i'll just find 20 ''fodder'' . My pet is lvl 17 as well but do u think if i use my pet to kill the antelope pup while i keep healing my pet i'd be able to kill it? and i'd have to do that with like 20 of em im assuming, or shud i try to find other quest and once im lvl 30 i do the added pet thing but i prob will need it before im lvl 30, so wut shud i do? :S

    more like a hundred, not everyone drops hay every time. Had to kill 22 rhinodrakes to get 5 horns for bank extention

    so u tihnk i shud get my lvl 17 pet to kill a lvl 30 the rhinodrake thing while im healing my pet non-stop ? or u got another idea maybe? cuz iuno wut to do :O

    Or you could just buy hay from other players. Last time I checked, hay was around 3k apiece which means 60k for a pet bag extension.

    Hay (aka the fodder) does also drop off of the turtles in the river below City of the Lost. However, Hay's drop rate is very low in general.

    I don't really think it's necessary to extend the pet bag early on. If money or ability to fight mobs is an issue, wait until you get have more coin or can grind on those mobs. 2 pet slots should be enough til then.

    60K for 20 Hay is cheaper than buying the Cage, which goes for 300K.

    ye i know but i cant find any shops selling fodder and plus i have to find fodder no matter wut in that case cuz thats the only quest i can find at lvl 17 and sso im stuck :(
    i did the one in wellspring village there wus 2 or 3 where i had to capture and kill 20 specific monsters but that didnt give me a level and thats the only quest i can find at lvl 17 besides the extra pet slot one. :(

    Press Q to open your questlog, then press the "find quest" button. Enter the coordinates in the tracker (bottom rightmost key on the minimap), then go there to find the next quest.
    Also, the Pet Bag quest doesn't even give exp.

    well when i press ''find quest'' nothing happens nothing opens or wtv :S

    Then you have no quests left. Find a monster you like to fight and beat it up for exp til you lvl. It's called grinding, get used to it, cause you'll have to do a lot more of it.

    If you think that's bad, wait til 60ish. Mobs give 0.1% each, and you have to grind about 60% of your lvl. That's 600 mobs.

    I farmed the Highland turtles for the hay and it took me some hours using a tame HT. But I did get a lot of Rhino horns at same time 5 of which I have to bank extension and rest sold at 800 each.

    Verdict: maybe could have used my time doing quests but now have a fair bit of money for skills and approaching lvl 20 I have 3 active pets to choose from all at roughly same lvl - 2 wolves + Petite Sawfly. (Turtle is egg in bank)

    It is definitely not possible for you to have run out of quests at that level. Maybe you just overlooked one.
    If you're going to find hay, I would recommend you level to level 30 first, and then do it. 2 pet slots are sufficient enough before then. Once you get to lv 30, just stop questing, and grind on antelope pups for hay. Took me maybe...an hour and a half?

    What I did on my veno to get hay was wait till lvl 17, then tame the magmite, teleport to plume and kill the longhorned carapasts. They have a pretty good drop rate, and you don't have to wait until around 30

    i recommend that you either lvl up to lvl 30 so that you can kill antelop pups ( their drop rate of hay/fodder ) is very very high. or you can find a friend or someone who is very bored ( lvl 30 ^ ) to party you and help you. Turtles just take to much time and i think their drop rate is like 1%-5% only while antelop pup's drop rate is bout 30%-40% ( i think )
