Vanishing Money!?

Twice today I have experienced a sudden disappearance of my money in-game (I mean the in-game gold, not Zen).

The first time I had just amassed over 40k and teleported out of Archosaur via the West district tele master to Etherblade for a quest ,and then to Lost City where I intended to pay the elder 13k for a dragon quest. In between this time, I did not repair, die or buy anything, although I did look at the wares of a few PC vendors. When I got to Lost City, my money should've been around 38k after the teleporting, but it was only 16k! I was missing 22k!! I had no idea what happened.

A couple hours later, I was keeping a close eye on my money, and was happy to see it getting back up to about 21k. I killed the Spider King in Hidden Orchid, but it killed me with its DOT. I didn't bother to repair, but just flew straight to Plume to turn in my Dragon Quests. I did so, then teleported from Plume to Lost City and then on to Wellspring. That should've cost 1200 gold, leaving me with about 18k or so. I noticed I suddenly had only 1559 gold! I was shocked, and wished I had looked more closely after I first died.

I really don't understand. Is it my death, the teleporting through Lost, or something else? Do my cash shop wings require daily payment to continue their use I wasn't aware of? Is it some other bug or **** from some PC vendor I looked at? I'm totally confused - and really unsure if I wish to keep playing when I can't even keep my money. b:cry

Does anyone have any advice - or has this happened to you? I'm really at a loss. Thanks!

    Teleporting from Archosaur to anywhere, cost 3.000 coins. from etherblade to lost city 1.000 - paying the elder 13.000 coins comes to a total of 17.000 coins. // 40.000 - 17.000 = 23.000 coins left.


    Only the 21.000 down to 1500 gold i cant explain, need to think : lll

    Ah, but the 16k was /before/ I paid the Elder. After I paid him, I had only 3k.

    ok look this what happened i logged out of my account with 50000 and then i logged back in and had 0 coins this happened twice

    I also had this problem and it was a decent sum of money. I sold 2 #21 cards for 200k each which amassed 400k from the sale. I had around 100k in person and 200k in my bank stash. Here is where it goes weird (so totalling 700k)

    I sold the first card for 200k and stashed that away so I had 400k in my bank. I saw this with my own eyes as I was amazed at my luck of finding 2 #21 christmas cards (which is why I knew how much I had, I was staring at the sum of gold I had!!!)

    I then sold the second one for 200k aswell to NUNgal or NUNgirl (only a vague memory but it was either one of those), and I witnessed the 200k in my inventory so I had just under 300k in person. I then stashed that away and SAW WITH MY EYE 600k in my BANK. I had less than 100k in person (so totalling around 700k). About half an hour later when I leveled up from killing snowmen, I went to the bank to stash my celestones and saw only 400k. I thought this was a lag bug so I relogged. I still only have 500k TOTAL even though I am CERTAIN I should have 700k. What is up with my 200k vanishing?

    Ok i thought this is weird but just now i had 160k for the santa clause quests ok so i used the Cube to go to archosaur i actually checked what i had then still 160k then i teleported to Etherblade 1000 and went to the pet person to add a pet slot with a cage ??? then went back to archosaur 3000 at archosaur looked in some shops and at the bank i noticed i had 114k b:shocked

    where did 50k go b:sad i sent a ticket i hope to get a response b:sad

    This is getting ridiculous. I just lost another 20k as an Elf Archer (new char I made). This needs to be fixed! I do not feel that the gold I have with me will be the gold I will have tomorrow! >.<

    why is it that everyone blames HACKS or HACKERS when someone comes up with something missing? Players can not **** you while your logged IN the game. there is ony 1 way to get this type of **** and thats If they are in yer PC but Hackers dont jump into your PC for a game thats easy to make money on.

    It's a gold bug. He said he done nothing which probably most likely does mean he was doing NOTHING. I've experienced this a couple times myself in the last 2 days. I am a newcomer aswell and have lost around 220k in total. I'm starting to hate this game simply because of this.

    I lost 200k on one char and 20k on another. This bug definitely needs to be fixed and I wouldn't mind getting my damn money back. Though I doubt it. =/

    Perfect World Entertainment's trouble support team will always respond to an e-mail they recieve (sending several dozen in a day may result in you getting spam filtered, though). They aim for a turn around time within 24 hours, but that can't be guaranteed, especially during the weekends, holidays, or if the problem is especially complicated.

    Some e-mail hosts, such as AOL or Comcast, have been known to spam-filter e-mails sent from PWE. Please check your spam folder. If you do not recieve a response by mid-day Monday (California time), I'd suggest creating a separate e-mail account with a reliable e-mail source such as GMail, and send a separate ticket in referencing this thread, stating that your current e-mail is not getting responses, and requesting responses go to this new g-mail account.

    this is my fault I revived this thread cause I found the final comment offensive. Everyone always blames a hacker or a **** when this is NOT always the case. my apologies I didnt think it was an ancient thread since it was only on page 1 when I posted my response.
