Two problems

I think I got two bugs:

Firstly I can't use "whisper" in the in-game chat. When I try the text won't show up or it says something like "you can't send empty messages" (don't remember exactly what it says.

Secondly before when seeing other players I could see how their characthers looked like (when passing by me) now when I see another player it's characther have some kind of standard looks, all male characthers have gray hair and the same face, all girls have the same gray hair and the same face. only when clicking on another player I can see how it looks like on the same place as I can see the other players HP.

    For your second problem go into UI in the game options and make sure customization is checked. That's all I know..

    To enable Customization, follow the instructions here.

    To make a whisper, the format is /playername message. A conversation with no message will not be sent. A conversation with a playername that does not exist or is spelled improperly will not be sent. Whisper chat may only show up in some windows; I'd default to the General chat filters myself.
