Tailor/Blacksmith SKill ETC ----

ok so i finished making the lvl 3 stuff for the tailor and blacksmith, but it will not let me turn them into the elder to go to lvl 4, is there a problem with this not letting me turn it in or do i need more spirit, my spirit is at 21168, and i have plenty of money, i am lvl 32 now , so is it maybe i have to be a higher lvl to turn it in? can someone help me ??

    You will have to turn level 40 before you can increase your tailor and blacksmith profession to skill level 4.

    last time i checked it was actually level 50, you get a quest where you have to turn in 10 materials and 3 specific 2 star items

    ok but i finished lvl 3, so why can i not turn it in, that is what is weird, i know i cannot start on 4 yet but it should at least let me turn in lvl 3 right?

    Nope, you can't do anything until level 50. Then you will get a quest to make 2* items. After that you can progress. What do you mean turn in level 3? Well, regardless you can't turn it in to upgrade to 4 yet and anything you make you will just stay at 100%.
