Newbie friendly guild?

Hello and happy holidays everyone.I'm new to Perfect World(Day 3 of playing,however I'm still pretty lost)and I was hoping there were some people who I could interact with and wouldn't mind me being a complete newbie.
Note;I've read a few guides,sort of know my way around but what I really want is some companionship >_>

    I found two great guilds called Rome and Ronin. They are relatively strong and very friendly, as well as often helping and caring.

    As of current, I am in Rome, it is recruiting all levels 10 and up so you could join. It is a friendly and exciting guild that is humorous and always willing to help. With many high levels it can be very useful as well as an occasional special event.

    Previously, two of my players (DeadFriend and Urarsine) were in Ronin. Ronin means an outcast samurai with great power. Ronin is powerful and humorous, the 2 in charge are nice and constantly online.

    Like I said before, my two players, DeadFriend and Urarsine, were in both factions/guilds.

    If you'd like to join Rome you can send a PM (personal message) or whisper to Rofocal (leader) or Mediva (director).

    If you'd like to join Ronin you can send a PM (personal message) or whisper to Ryobi (leader) or Zowie (director).

    If neither is online you can also PM (personal message) or whisper me and I will direct you to the currently online officer.

    Er,I have a question,it shows there next to your forum name Heavens Tear.Im assuming that your character and these guilds are on the Heavens Tear server,correct?
    So,would I have start over to join?

    I sent you a Private Message that you may want to read. However, unless you can transfer your current player to another server then yes you would have to start over on Heavens Tear server in order to join. We would appreciate it if you are at least level 6 to join, we will make an exception since we know you need to start over, however it shouldn't take too long to get up to level 10 and we would rather you be at least level 10. I am sorry for any inconvienences and the late reply.

    I am on PST which I think is -8 GMT and I usually play sometime from around 8 am to 9 pm and I noticed that Rofocal and Mediva play sometime during that period. You can PM Rofocal or Mediva to join, you can also PM me. If we are not online you can also try PMing: Mullet or MiaTemaro or geoffcarbon or Kimita or Sandycherry or Azulie. They are all also officials of Rome. We still want you to join.

    Currently at 6:18 pm PST I am online and so are Rofocal and Mediva, you may want to PM them if you are still interested.
