Cast a spell onto a friendly target, grant a constant HP regeneration of 84 plus 3% basic magic attack of HP value.

Does this mean 84 HP per second (like 84x15) or 84 hp in total after 15 seconds?

    Bless the target to recover 84 HP plus 3% of your base magic attack over 15 seconds.

    Fixed your quote with PWI language instead of MY one. Hope it makes it more clear. So basically it will recover 84 + 3% Mattack spread out over 15 seconds.
