Bug?????????

I was transported up to me to the city of Heaven. When going through the portal I ended up in Lunar Valley where I find an NPC in Chinese language or whatever it is. Take a look at the snapshot below:

    Yeah I saw that earlier today myself. Its just another still untranslated NPC. They'll get them all someday.b:laugh
