Problem right after i push the start button...

Well right when i click on the icon on my desktop to start the game a script window appears over the game window, and it it looks like this

and i click yes. so after i push "start" it looks like it boots up but actully doesent it closes then has a smaller window looks like a "critical error" window but doesent say anything on it its just like markings. has this happend to anyone or does anybody have an answer for this problem???

    try reinstalling and trying again if that does not work out contact technical support

    I'd also recommend updating your flash player.
