can someone tell me if im in the right direction here

hey im pretty new to this usually play as mage characters so as far as decent melee goes im a noob lol! was just wondering if any blademasters could give me some advice on stat leveling
im a lv31 poleblade user and have been doing stats as follows
3str 1vit 1dex
and every 3 levels 3str 2vit just for that added hp boost

i was wondering shld i keep this up or change it as i dont want to be stuck at the higher levels :)

    Max vit at 50 then go 3 str 2 dex.
    Are you aiming for PvE or PvP?

    mainly pve as im not a big fan of pvp unless someones trying to pk me hehe
