Whats in Store for PWI

Hey, new to perfect world, been playing for a week or so.

Got a question.

With the new "patch/Expansion" of the game. I have been trying to find information of what stuff we can look forward to in the future.

Is there a time chart that the game is working from to start implimenting things? Like, more skills, more areas, more classes maybe. New equipment. blah blah blah.

If I am going to commit to puchasing stuff of a cash shop I would like to know that the game has a future somewhere before I start dumping my cash into it. Played a few of these kinds of games and my experience kinda stopped once I reached the upper levels simply because the company couldn't crank out enough content to keep me satisfied (close to 6 months worth of a wait or longer for some games) I kinda regret the money simply because it expidited my progress through the game and then I ended up getting stuck at the end with nothing to do except start another very simliar character to play through.

Game is looking solid so far, looking forward to a positive response. b:laugh

    They're working on another game at the moment, as far as I'm aware, so presently, there aren't really alot of new things being added. Which, is annoying alot of PWI players, since we're all waiting to see some new content!

    Well I am certainly not the authority on all tings PW. However i will try to answer your questions as best I can/know.


    As for new content. From my PW searches around the web there is a fair bit of content for the game that has yet to be released for PWI (perfect world international version which is this version if it isn't obvious yet.) I am not certain about any new territories or the like, however there is already a lot of places to explore beyond the basic map you are shown from the start which in itself will take you plenty of time to explore. From what I have seen around the net there is quite a bit of land mounts, flying mounts/wings (race specific,) clothing, and things like this that have yet to be released here. I hope they have/will introduce/create new land for this version at some point. :D

    Hey thanks for the responses,

    Its a bit unfortunate to hear that they can't have a Team working on perfect world, AND a team working for each of the other two games that are coming out...

    I also found some info about the chinese version of the game (I think it was), and I saw things in that version like personal housing, personal land spaces and stuff. Guild halls, etc etc, not to mention a great deal of fashion options. Was just wondering what the International version had. Would be nice to see a horizon look at the international version so that we at least know what they are working on, I personally am not entirly concerned on the times of releases yet as you pointed out, I have alot of content to chew through at the moment.

    Think I will hold off on cash shop investments until I reach around level 70 just to make sure that things are being added.

    Q : Will the housing system be implemented?
    A : Unfortunately the housing system is something that was only present in Perfect World I, which was subscription based. When Perfect World converted from subscription to Free to Play, that feature was dropped sadly. (Xarfox)
    P.s Well i can't wait for them to add the bear emotes in the game (or any other that lasts forever) b:sweat

    P.s.s Yes i don't really like the pig one that much
