  That's in PW-MS, pretty much a different version of PW.

  As far as I know the mold should drop from the Poison tail Ocultist. I have never seen it drop, but thats what PW database says.....

  yes it drops from the fb boss and you might be able to find it in the auction house but it wont be cheap

  Yep, sold my a LONG while ago for 800k. Surprisingly i saw someone with it about a month ago (still with the shards that i put in). LOL
