    Best thing to do is submit a ticket to support.

    I did but honestly this is a matter that could only be solved by phone or one on one, I promise you this.

    If it can only be solved by talking one on one they will probably give you the number. I am sorry but I don't have it.

    If you've made a transaction with any payment merchant, you should have received a receipt containing a contact phone number at your primary e-mail address. This number can be used for billing-related issues.

    This is the story, basically I ticketed them since I had issues, They sent me a form to fill out. I couldn't fill the form out all of the way because this seems to be the only site you can't see your own profile information on or even have a way of retrieving it (which it should have, its very inconvenient for users who didn't know they had to remember certain things). I asked them to send me a number, there was no number on the form, and its been 15 hours since I sent it and have yet to get any number to reach them by. This is important, they "refunded" two transactions of 30 dollars and it did not go back into the bank account, so basically now I'm missing 60 dollars when I only wanted to use 30 on this site in the first place.
    Could some one please just give me a number? I really needed 30 of that 60 to go on here and another 30 for Christmas shopping for a gift. Please get to me ASAP.

    Okay Pay pal had actually called us this morning so now our money is fully refunded. Thank you for your time though ^-^.
