My character doesn't look the way he should...

Hello everyone !

I have a problem with my character's appearance... First, only a friend in game would tell me that i was looking different from the pictures I sent her... But now that i changed my avatar on the forum, i see that he doesn't look like my character either !!!!!!! For info, my character is supposed to be red-skinned and white-haired... My forum avatar is bald and white...........
What is the problem ?

    Your friend most likely has customizations turned off. Have your friend try this.
    As for the forum avatars, none of them look exactly like the character they are supposedly representing, since they use preset images rather than a new one for each individual character.
