FB19 Help

I am still fairly new to the game and when I went and got help for my FB19 quest today I forgot to do the undines first (Elf btw^^) and used up my tab. Now after reading the forums I realize that that was not the way to do the quest. I'm wondering if anyone out on Sanctuary server would be willing to help me run it again?
