Hello, I have exchanged the 'top prize' and it says the exchange was a success...but where will I find the prize?

    Are you talking about the crying santa game? There's another player complaining about that as well. It is a separate thing than the ingame event. Also under "guide and step 6" it says exchange for chance. If you look at the prizes listed, only 1 first place will be drawn, etc. You are exchanging for a chance.

    Thanks PW for the Event however kind of Lame and greedy isnt it? Almost all MMO games have started there christmas events over a week ago with gifts that you can use right away and put to use like santa outfits candy drops or something of that sort that are able to be used right away. All I see in PW is a santa suit that you can only get from cash shop, how greedy is that for Christmas why cant you get them from drops? take Rappelz for instance they have suits drop they may be timed for like 80hrs of gameplay but if your lucky you can get permanent ones as a drop and makes it more interesting to kill mobs to get the entire outfit not only that but also gift boxes that are droped by mobs that give things what does PW have? Christmas cards that may drop after killing 300+ mobs your lucky to get 1 , how lame is that. Your Xmas event stinks thats my opinion.

    I would just like PW to be a little more considerate for the Holidays and for all lvls be it a noob or exp. player and not trying to lure ppl into buying stuff with real money all the time, I have seen MMOS totaly fail by doing that, sure everything fine and dandy now but longterm ppl will get tired of it. I been around since Maridian69 so I been around the block so da speak. There are ppl out there that wont be getting anything for Christmas me personaly I would rather take that money and buy them something rather than to give it to PW. Many ppl out there that have lost there Jobs for Christmas and will be haveing a very hard time trying to find one, Im lucky not to be one of those ppl.

    Yes I know what some low life will say ( well than everyone will be running around with Christmas suits etc...) and I say yes thats the whole point, Let them is there anything wrong with that? but they shouldnt have to buy them if its not needed.

    From what I understand...when you redeem for a prize. You are actually redeeming for a chance to win that prize. the more times you redeem, the better your chances at winning.

    Theres only a few prizes to be won in each category.
