Broken Drum?

The lv70 TT / HH Heavy Wristguards, require a certain drum.. that I can't seem to find, all I seem to be able to find, are Broken Drums. What kind of Drums are there, available in PWI?

    They will be implemented in next weeks patch. b:chuckle

    But in all seriousness framework drums drop from HH1-2 drum boss.

    What kinda stats would one need to tank him? He uses magic, doesn't he? Cause I can tank Chin'tien (I think that's his name?) easily, but Drum Master pwns me. =\

    vitality build barb with +HP stones 65 for 1-1 ,70 1-2 ,75 1-3 at that lvl you shouldnt have any problem with drum/lord of percussion
