Update Server crashed

I installed the game and it worked when I launched it immediately. After another update though (where the download bar is) it says Update Server connection failed Please try other update server. I uninstalled it and installed it again it worked after a immediate launch then another update came and it wouldn't work.

    If you just run instead of saving it it should automatically update your client after download.

    It said the same when I ran it and when I launched it and selected it from the manual option. I can't even verify the client version.

    So you have already downloaded the patch right? Can you go to your launcher and there click on "Manual". It should open a new window for you where it asks you from where to update just select the right manual patch and let it run.

    Still didn't work and my internet is fine or I wouldn't of been able to download the patch manually now or respond to you

    Should I uninstall then re-install then manually download the upcoming updates.

    A message (essentially a formated e-mail) that the technical support team will respond to.

    I would strongly recommend checking your firewall settings; it sounds like Windows Firewall or similar security software is blocking the update process.

    that could be right the only problem is i set the firewall to allow perfect world client I have to check again

    Windows Firewall is a bit... goofy, at times. From the Perfect World International directory, you need patcher\patcher.exe, launcher\launcher.exe, and element\elementclient.exe to have permission to transmit.

    It was the firewall but I set it to accept everything.
