GM's. I have dug various mats, got a few Chocolate Things , one in particular a Chocolate Additive, for which the description is all Chinese.

Also, I dug mats, and received nothing in return, not a delicious Christmas potion ingredient nor a useful material for wine.

Weird.

    Agreed! As it may be nice to mine the odd x-mas item for the duration of this event, I find it hard to believe it was PWI's intent to (randomly) have mining give absolutely nothing. This should be addressed immediately.

    The GM's have normal working hours I imagine. Unfortuanetly as it is now 6am at least the forum GM's are not at work but sleeping.

    We Moderators are not PWE staff but normal players just like you who have been asked to help out a bit on the forum. So yes I am at home actually just had my lunch and am hunting for some tea now as I am getting a headache from all these patchissues today. b:sad

    Well they seem to have normal office hours. I personally start seeing them anytime between 17-18pm GMT which is between 9-10am for them. So I imagine they start work at 9am then do some paperwork, teammeetings or whatever else has come up then come online. So in about 2-3 hours.

    So... did you find Santa already? The announcement said that the Christmas events would start on Dec, 24. That might explain why some systems are broken or buggish.

    Don't know why they split it into 2 patches, when nearly everything introduced so far needs to be handed into Santa anyway.

    Sorry... I meant that question for the OP. Then I've been lucky this morning, as my game has only failed me twice after the patch. ^^
