Cant patch what to do now?

So,
I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE MANUAL PATCH 47-51
and now i still cant update.
regarding to this topic (where noone replays)

readed that one already 4 or 5 times nothing there to help
if it is a connection issue then its at servers side
i am connected with internet trough a 1 on 1 connection
so i dont have a router and cant open ports (becouse i dont have a router)

firewall is off
dont use antivirus programs
and i dont use other programs0 -
It sounds like you have Windows Vista. Do you have Administrative access, or are you running the program As Administrator?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

yes i run it on windows vista.
i got administration rights and even tried to run it as a administrator, nothing helps0 -
no. it says page cannot be found (http 403 error)0

403, and not 404? 403s are server-side directory forbiddens. I usually only see them after some stranger .htaccess configurations, or browsing through an ISP with very restrictive access requirements.
EDIT: If it is a 403, send a support ticket in along with a reference to this thread and the result of an IPchicken (just copy the IP address in the middle of the screen, not the url) and they'll make sure your IP range isn't being blocked. If that's not the case, you likely will need to contact your ISP.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

This game should work fine in Windows Vista. I am running it right now on a Windows Vista 64-bit machine. There are some minor differences in http requests between the two operating systems, but I do not believe it will fix the issue given the information I have. The technical support team will likely be of more assistance and have a better understanding of the underlying problem.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
