so i restarted my computer hpoing to fix my venos incredably annoying new found bug

and now when i start the launcher it says update server connection faild please try another server

    This is everlasting bug of Updater - they will probably tell you that you do something bad. :-) Servers can be just overloaded atm when everybody tries to update. Sometimes it goes fast, sometimes it stalls, sometimes it doesn't connect. I'd just wait and try again.

    What bothers me more ... why I have to update to version in which no gameplay bug (and there are lots of them) or usability feature is fixed? http://pwi.perfectworld.com/news/patchsubpage/patch-notes-version-51-741

    I'd like to support the game, I did already, but I will not buy anything again unless I see some progress. So far I discover more and more bugs only many of them quite trivial yet annoying - which is unlucky for a game that is so nice in overall.

    I did as aryanna said in the sticky(removed old tasks and elements data files and downloaded the new one)then i clicked on patcher.exe and now the update works fine.It takes a bit long to download but atleast it works.
    Just wanted to let you know.

    interestingly enough that worked

    BUT now i have to go from patch one to 51 O.o oh the horror ha

    i really hope my veno isnt all tripped out this time it was a bit wierd seeing my minkki pet as a wing O.o and my chest armor as rough lumber
