Mailbox Bug

i just logged in after the maintinence earlier this evening and when i tried to send mail to one of my characters the "send to:" box cut me off 2 characters(letters) short ive never run into this problem before and have no idea what is wrong Please help.

    Can you please try a verify from the launcher?

    no i tried the verify it didnt fix the problem, i still cant type in the full 12 characters.

    You may just have come across a bug which is why I told you to send in a ticket in. I certainly haven't heard of this before.

    Whoops, thread already existed, should ahve looked first. Same problem, cut out my friend's name at the last char.

    Seems to be a new bug through the latest patch. Somehow I can't help but think that there will be an Emergency Maintainence sometime after the GM's come to work.

    will there be an maintence again today? to fix the mine and mailbox issues etc since GM starting to work now.. when would the maintanence be?

    We're busy working on things. Watch the forums for any updates. Could be today, tomorrow, who knows.

    You can have someone email you first, then reply back and send items that way.

    The bug is if you are creating a new email, it is limited to 10 characters.

    Please be patient, we're all working on hammering through the issues.
