Can i still change to axe?

i am a sword user, my stats are: 183 str 120 dex and 50 vit, and i am lvl 68. regarding strength requirements for axes, can i still change to using the axes for my lvl without using a reset note? or is it too late because of all the points i have in dex?

or should i just stick with swords and shove all my points into dexterity? i will miss out on aoe grinding if i do this btw

    If you are really intent on it, then spend cash on the reset notes. HOWEVER!!! Remember, you've already spent all of that money and SP getting all of the Skills you have thus far. If you have SP to spare, plan on grinding like no one's business, or have found the most kick **** way to make SP, then go ahead.

    As for your stats, just glancing at them, I'd say that it's unlikely. Axes have a very high Str. to Dex ratio. You'd have to literally put every point into Str. for the next 40 or more levels to catch up right.

    So yea, if you have the money to blow, get the notes keeping in mind that you'd need to get all of the skills again.

    You're Wrong.

    40 or more lvls to catch up? How you figure? You're saying he needs +200 str to be on track?

    He already has 183.

    @ Cloud, I switched at 74 to axes, at Level 83 I have all my Axe skills fixed.
    All of the AoE grinding helps greatly with SP.
    Level 70 axes require like 200 something Str cuz my 8x axes req is like 245.

    I do recommend you take 20 dex out (More if needed) to get Level 70 axes.
    and pump str till your all set.

    well for now axes are great to level with, end game I might go back to blade.

    I am currently going Axe/Spear will this be expensive later on? My stats are: 81 STR, 50 DEX, 35 VIT, and 5 MAG. I have 1.8k HP. I am currently broke at 7k or so but I will fix that soon, so that should not be a problem in a few days. But I am having trouble getting SP, but that is probably due to the lack of quests I have right now. =[ Should I continue my attempt at dual building or just go with Spear until level 70 or so? Also, does anyone have any good PvP (PK) tactics for spear at level 31? I really just need defensive tactics because I am too low level to be PKing but I have been getting PKed recently. b:angry I do plan on upgrading my flying sword soon or buying the Nakir's Judgement sword so I can escape when I am being ganked and so I can travel faster therefore saving money I would normally use for teleporting.
    Any suggestions?
