PvP on Other Servers?

Is there only PvE on Heaven's Tear and Sanctuary? Or are there things like duels, or wars, where players can fight each other if they both agree on it.

    TW and duels are both still available.
    Additionally, players can turn off pk protection, which allows them to pk and be pk'd the same as on the PvP server (assuming the other person has it off too).
