Quest Bug...Need GM or Moderator's Assistance Please

Would any GM's or Moderators please assist me on this? I have been trying to page a GM in game on Heaven's Tear for the past two days and got no response so far.
Here's the situation. I recently ran into a bug with the Two Towers quest given by the Elder in Archosaur. After visiting the Tower of Darkness, it showed that I didn't need to visit the other. So I went and read up on what the difference was. It seemed that Tower of Darkness will give you spiritual points and Tower of Veil will give you 30 rep points. Of course I wanted the rep points. So before I turned in the quest, I trashed it hoping to begin the quest anew from the elder again. Went back to the Arch Elder and the quest was not available anymore from him. Can someone look into this and get back to me?
Also to everyone else reading this...DO NOT TRASH OUT THIS QUEST...otherwise the quest will be permanently gone.

If this is not a bug, then why didn't they put like a warning sign saying that this quest will be permanently gone once trashed. The devs really need to take a look at this as now I lost 30 rep points for this quest. With no warning whatsoever, tons of people will walk right into this problem not knowing what the heck happened. b:angry0 -
You didn't lose 30 rep points, you simply didn't get it. Nothing game-breaking will happen if you missed out on this quest.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

It's not game-breaking, but it's still a big annoyance. It's 30 points that I should have gotten if the quest was implemented correctly. What I need to know is whether there are any other quests that have the same problem as this.0 -
I tried this quest yesterday and it wouldn't complete. I picked up what was needed around the Veiled Tower and after right clicking it, it started another quest.. to go to the top of the tower... I went up and clicked on the pillar up there .. but nothing happend.. and the one at the Tower of Darkness never let me retrieve anything around the perimeter...
Still have quest... won't complete.0 -

Don't know about the trashing "bug" itself but...the tower that you pick does not matter. It's your choice as to whether to follow the Demon or not (I did this on two characters, one at each tower to check) that determines whether you get rep points or SP. If you choose Rep points, it will also allow you to later access a level 8o quest while choosing the SP at the tower will end that quest chain as it is.
Here is what I've got as far as my upcoming quest guide is concerned...
"Wrath of the Ancient Gods" Challenge Quests
Level 50: The Twin Towers
1. Speak to the Elder of Archosaur (570, 648) Archosaur, East
2. Investigate either the Veiled tower or the Tower of Darkness
Choice 1: Veiled Tower (530, 966)
-Obtain 1 Phanstimor Stone (Item is automatically obtained once one enters the area.)
Choice 2: Tower of Darkness (568, 928)
-Obtain 1 Chaos Stone (Item is automatically obtained once one enters the area.)
Note that you can only choose one path or the other. Also note that although the eventual quest rewards are the same, the two paths lead to two slightly different story lines.
3. If you picked Choice 1: Continue on to "Phanstimor Seal (Route A)". If you chose Choice 2, continue on to "Chaos Seal (Route
."
Phanstimor Seal (Route A)
-Continued on from "Mysterious Twin Towers, Choice 1"
1. Use the Phanstimor Stone (Right-click it) to activate the quest.
2. Pop-up message.
3.. Investigate around the Veiled Tower (531, 966 ↑37). Quest will auto-trigger.
4. Continue on to either quest "Phantismor (Route A-1)" or "Phantismor (Route A-2)"
IMPORTANT!! ROUTE A-1 with the choice "I don't think there's any reason for me to follow you." will lead to 30 Rep, then a level 80 Challenge Quest. Route A-2 will give 16000 SP on the spot but you will not be able to do the level 80 Challenge quest. The Level 80 Challenge quest gives (Gold 320, Exp: 22080, SP: 9163 Rep: 16). Choose wisely.
Phantismor (Route A-1)
-Continued on from "Phanstimor Seal (Route A)"
1. Investigate the Phanstimor Seal (531, 966 ↑37) (Talk to it)

Thanks for providing more details for this quest. I only wished I saw this first so that I didn't have to trash it thinking I needed to go visit the other tower to get the 30 rep points. Right now the quest is permanently gone for me. Maybe the devs or moderator should make some kinda sticky thread to warn folks not to trash out this quest.0 -

u need to sorta land on the top and walk around a little bit, then a message will pop up0
