LVL 79 Venos skills

I noticed today that there are 3 lvl 79 veno skills
Myriad Rainbow,feral concentration and another called Myriad Rainbow venomancer
I cant learn these skills and it says there are no prerequisites
Are these skills not available yet? or is it a bug? or is it me(need to max a certain skill?)
I know theres not many lvl 79+ venos here but any help would be appreciated...TY :)

    I'm not your lvl on the international edition. But these skills were patched to the MY-EN version, and I believe that's what the International version call "expansion" Wait until December 1st.

    You need 20 skychapters along with some other material to get each of those skills. Not sure what they're called in this version, but they dropped in fb89 as well as in some hh's.

    wow, i never knew that... if u can provide us more info, do it pls
    which mobs drop them? is it a rare drop? and omg, really 89, the lvl requirement is 79.. :|

    Yeah some more info on this would be cool...i only got to 77 on MY so didnt even worry about it there.
    Now im scared im missing out on summat cooool :P

    and that thing is usefull if u want to take part of an aoe party as a lurer

    G'Day Foxy, if the requirements here are anything what its like for the 79 skills on MY, forget it.
    (been looking at this on MY for my EP and Frankies' WF)
    You need something like 20 skychapters and 10 inks (ink u can get at 1000 streams). We priced the books on MY in stalls around 800k each so do the math, otherwise mate its farm farm farm in FBs to get them.

    Kinda ridiculous really - why u cant just buy the skills like we currently do is beyond reality. Lvl 79 skills but the books come outta FB89? LOL
