My friend plays this game and I'm trying to download it right now. Its at 38% after two hours. On the website I noticed there are things I can't do until level 10. I don't know much about this game besides that there's elves, humans, and beasts :P. The only game i've ever played much I can get a character to level 10 in a couple hours, 30 in a couple days, and then it starts to slow down :P

woot 39% now xD

I'm also curious as to why it says You last visited: 12-31-1969 at 04:00 PM... i find that funny :P

Like all other MMORPGs, levelling gets increasingly harder as the level gets higher. Luckily, there are quests to aid you in levelling. From level 1 to about 30, you can get your level up just by doing quests alone, provided you do all the quests you can find.

thanks for replying, thats good info to know.

I'm wondering about how long it takes to get to level 10, one night? one weekend? a month? I just want to know what to expect. I'm stuck away from home right now hoping that my download finishes while I'm gone. Looking at the forums I'm thinking about Veomancer, Cleric, or Archer. I know that leveling speed varies with classes, skills, and player ability. I'm just looking for an approximate time frame if anyone is willing to share. :)

There's Another thing I'd like to know but either missed or haven't found yet. When my friend was telling me about this game I got the idea that there were 3 species and several classes... i forget how many he mentioned.... and i got the impression that any species could become any of the classes. Is this the way it is or are only specific species allowed to become each job?

To level 10 could probably be done in a night or two. The version I'd been playing is the other one, I think, on the Delphi server. That one has three races, and the classes are race specific. I don't know about this one.

How many versions are there? *confused*

The first time you play through an area, it can take a few hours to learn the quests and locations for the mobs or NPCs you need. So I'd say that first character can take about 12 hours to get to level 10, depending on how familiar you are with MMOs in general. After that though, you can run a character through the same starting area in much less time... takes about 4 hours for me to get to level 10 and I goof off a lot. Could probably do it in 2 if I skipped the crafting quests.

Good luck and welcome to the game!

I got to lv 10 in a few days, i think 3, but if you play nonstop, you could get it done in a day or so...

There are 3 classes, untaimed, winged elf, and human. there are also classes withen the classes, like for untaimed, you can be a venomancer or a Barbarian, venos are only femail and barbarians are only male. then for winged elfs you can be a cleric or an archer, and for human, you can be a blademaster of a wisard, keep in mind that if you want to be a human and a archer, its not gonna happen, so choose wisely and enjoy the game! :D

    hope i helped!
