Gold trading.

So uh, I went to the auction house to the gold trade section, paid like 250k for two gold, and never received my gold.

i've waited 45 minutes, relogged twice, nothing.

help would be appreciated.

    Wow really frustrating when you dish out over $500 on this game and the gms are so unhelpful.

    i've wasted like 5 teleacoustics trying to get a gm to whisper me.

    Calling GM using world chat is not and never be the right way to call them. Use /GM or email.

    Or the I'm Stuck feature, or the support and ticketing department, even. The GMs pay more attention to those attributes. Don't use Teleacoustics to try and bug them into putting you higher on the triage list.

    Please note that the Gold Trading system is an auction system; it will only fill your bids if there are people selling goods at the value (or lower than the value) you placed an order at. You may want to check whether your order was filled or not.
