What is the best water pet?

Can anyone tell me what water pet has the best Attack and Speed.

I guess if the level 2 Scorpion (ground) and the level 8 Petite Sawfly (Air) are the "best PvP pets," what would the best "PvP water pet" be?

    best pvp pet ever: phoenix
    best on ground ( considering u're not that rich to afford a phoenix): lvl 60 Kowlin -rare pet
    best in water: lvl 80 Celestial Plumpfish

    The scorpion has much higher attack than the kowlin, though it is slower. The kowlin also comes with flesh ream 4 already on it.
    The scorpion is also much easier to obtain.
    I think its kind of a toss up

    Basically my personal view is just grab whatever level water pet your at. If your lvl 16 then grab a 15 or i6. The reason behind this, is that you wont be in the water enough to even worry about it and since your not in the water that much it seems to be a waist of time trying to train that thing. I hear turtles are good until mid levels. I personally have never had one and just kill what I need in the water when I have a quest that asks for it. Im also not on a pvp server but I would guess you wouldn't have to worry about pvp that much in water. Maybe someone who pvp's can add to this a bit.

    Therefore, for PvP Ground(and air) until Phoenix ->Petite Sawfly
    Only important thing that Kowlin beats Petite Sawfly with is movement speed -> 10,4 comparing to 8.8 . Then again, who will outrun a sawfly?
    Celestial Plumpifish sounds right for a water pet.
    For PvE -> Golem and later, Hercule.
