My Server is Shutting Down, Please Help.

Ok, ive had PWI for mabye 3 months now? Nothing was ever wrong but 2 weeks ago i was getting this problem but it went away after a day, now its doing it again nd wont go away. Randomly ill click a monster to attack it and nothing happens, i dont move, the monster isnt highlighted and no chatting works, i cant talk to NPC's either. Then maybe 5 min later it all happens at once and i usually end up dead losing exp with tons of NPC boxes on my screen and a go to town death box. This is really annoying and happens for about 5 min, then stops for 2min and then starts again and hasnt gone away form the past 4 days so i pretty much havent been playing, its really annoying. Is this something Wrong with Perfect World, My characters or account, or my computer, please Help.

    your connection is your problem? Ask your parents or whoever in charge with your connection if they limit your gaming session. Else, call your ISP.

    Sounds like you're having connectivity issues. Can you check any security software you've recently installed and make sure it's not intefering? Please do a Verify from the Launcher, as well. If you're using a wireless connection to the internet or your router, please consider switching to a physical wired connection, or at least check for any big 2.4 ghz inteference sources like cordless phones or microwaves..
