Character Deletion Delay Time

It takes that long so if in case you decide you want to play that character again you can. Rather then oh i deleted my character in a fit of rage, OH NO NOW I DON'T HAVE SUCH AND SUCH CHARACTER and have to start again. I agree its slightly annoying for that long waiting time but it stops people getting snotty when they delete an important character and say they had no way of retrieving it. Also as I'm not on everyday, if I deleted a character on Saturday and then on Monday realised I wanted that character under your system I wouldn't be able to. Not everybody can/is able/is on everyday and it is punishing them if we enforce rules such as that. It isn't a huge problem just ignore that character on the selection screen, if it bothers you that much.
