is the makeover scroll in item mall just like the one we get from lvl 30 quest, or is it the advanced one?

They are both the same item. You just can't trade the one you get from the quest.0

The makeover scroll from the quest is non-tradeable so you cannot sell it (save to a NPC shop but you won't get much)
The one from the mall you could sell... Not sure of the going rate but still0 -
the advanced most likely will not be out for a while.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
