chi..vigour..what the hell is going on!

ok what is the iffrenace before chi and vigour and fury? can someone explian better. the information ive found so far doesnt explain it well enough, or talks about it for people who already know alot about how this system works.

    Chi = The yellow bar on your character name. Fills up by doing anything basically, any successful action. Some skills require a small amount of Chi.
    Vigour/Fury/Spark (same thing) = If you collect 100 Chi, you get one Vigour/Fury/Spark. You need to complete the lvl 29 cultivation quest to be able to get 1 spark. Some skills require spark, and being able to get a spark also increases your max chi capacity by 100.

    If your a veno useing the poisen spell will get it up pritty quick and it doesent take chi, :D
