In Game Character Look-A-Like

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but has anyone noticed that when you log onto PWI and as soon as you enter the game all the other players look-a-like. I play a male Cleric, Female Venomancer and a Female Wizard. Seems to me that when I log on using my Cleric that all the male players are the same and the same goes for the females no matter what class they are (Minus the Veno's and Untamed). So does this happen to anyone else?

    Click on your system settings, go to UI, and make sure that Customizations is checked.

    Is that game settings or computer settings. If its computer settings where do I find this?

    "EDIT" Ok I found it. It was located in the game settings. Thank you.
