Another doubt

Hello, I have another doubt, when I have 21 level, they gave to me a quest of " spiritual cultivation " does something happen if back of 21 completing it to the level 22 or some top level?
Has it some consequence?

    Could you please further explain your question? Because I have no clue what you're asking =X
    IF you mean 'are there consequences if I finish it at a later lvl?' the answer is : No. However, you need to complete that quest chain to unlock the next cultivation lvl, so you'd be a bit behind on skills.
