Hi, i was playing then a pick a material just second before a another guy wanna have too. Since this moment have troubles with my char like whne got lag. i quit the game cus dont move nothing now cant enter my acc say 1st that my acc is on and later say that my acc or password is wrong this is a steal acc or what need an answer.....

    I dont know what happend but cant play.I was just playing and now cant. Oh my god all the time waste or what?

    If you force log (such as using the force log command, hard shutting down your computer, or using the Task Manager), the game will leave your character in for a short period as the session times out, and the character will look like he or she is logged in. Clicking Safe Log before entering your username and password will force that old session to close.

    Check that you're typing in your username and password properly, and that you do not have Caps Lock enabled.

    Hi again, im loggin well i have put the name as always and enter the pass as always but cant enter my acc because say incorrect name or pass(puting or not safe log). I tryed too to change my pass but cant because dont remeber my damn answer. My girlfriend have another acc of pw and run perfectly but mine cant join. I can enter the web propertly, i can add topics but the game dont want me to play.
    When i quit the game 1st time I marked the slot force but had to quit couse cant enter but always say entering wlrd but never enter and had to quit, and when i wanna join after this 20 or 30 sec take too long time again but never enter the game this time i can hear the sound of monsters and music a little but always say entering world (after i put the name and passand works twice) but 5 min after cant join said that incorrect name or pass.... thks 4 help.

    Yesterday i was playing like always and when i saw a material and going to take it and i arrived to take it i saw another char wanna have it too but i take it 1st 1 sec before him. Since this moment i start to have troubles in 5 or 6 seconds after this (I was playing good 1 hour before this happend) making the game stoped and cant move a lot of time(1 min) i thought was lag but i had to quit the game,(system/exit to desktop/ok but no works then click force and click again quit but nothing happend just work with ctrl+alt+suprb:angry. I started the game again and put the acc name, the password and works but a little slow, i pick my character AlBeR_V for continue playing but when i push start the game take a long time saying entering perfect world and had to quit again because take 1 min or more and its anormal because always take 3 o 4 seconds. Again i had to start the game and try to play but this time the same this time i heard the music a little but never go in goodb:shocked. I started the game again and this time said that i was playing but i was trying it oh my god! I thoung maybe the lag i have to wait, i waited 2 in and my sorprise was that now cant enter my acc that said name or password incorrect what the $%&$!! Cant beleve it i was just playing and what now cantb:shocked

    I am using the right client because my girlfriend have an account and now i am playing with her when my acc come back to normal activity.
    PD:cant change my pass because dont work.

    Make sure that you don't have CAPS Lock turned on.

    Did you get the capitalization correct? Did you get the spelling right?

    Are you logging in on Perfect World International?

    Did you try using the Safe Log check box on the login screen? This will kick your account off our servers when you sign in if you got disconnected.

    If you are still having issues logging in to your account, contact Customer Support here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing and explain your issue.

    Tell them your user name and email address associated with your account.

    If you are still having technical issues, send a ticket to Tech Support here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing and describe your issue fully.

    Hi, I have the right client, i spell it well too, i have the capital lock down.
    I sent a ticket to support and said me that wait because is a issue that correct in some time but i have 3 days waiting b:cry

    Hi again, and thanks for the help but i never click in safe lock,I was playing when the game is just completely stop myself I moved for more than 1 min and the only thing I could do was go out with the task manager. I start the game again, write my name and password, and gave it to begin , Elected to my character (alber_V and press start, then the screen showed only the message into the world perfect, but it was not, is staying the black screen with the message in the middle, as you wait 2 minutes and nothing.
    I had to re-emerge with the task manager again. I did it all over again but this time I was saying when he gave it to enter the name and the key was being used. Wait a bit that I thought that was that the server would have still not aware that he had to come out and probe after 2 minutes and then I said that the name or password is incorrect. I can not enter or create a character or anything, but to enter the web I have no problem.

    If it were up to the blocker, I would leave even enter my account I think, right??

    This actually sounds like an issue with your video card. I'm gonna need to get some additional information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if you're using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    and attach your dxdiag log file to your email.

    We can review the log and see if we find any issues. Please also reference this thread too.

    Hi, the customer service help me very well. My char was in the same situation that got the problem dead (surely because the lag) but now works thanks to all that waste some time helping me. b:bye
