Question about the PvE sever?

I'm going to have alot of MP and HP Charms soon, so should i level up any of may main shields alot. (My Glacial Embrace is lvl 3 right now) I don't like PvP and don't intented to PK.

    You should still lvl your earth shield (to be able to take some hits and tank Qingzi if you ever run fb29's) and possibly your water shield (to lower potion usage). You should just set your priorities to other skills.
