Cruel GM?

b:sad my friends and I lost many tele just trying to communicat with GM and yet no answer was given.

My problem is that i forgot the password to my bank and not able to access to my bank. This is a huge problem because i have lots of valuable items i want to keep there.

Please Answer!b:cry

    World Chat isn't the way to summon a GM. Either use the I'm Stuck feature, whisper /GM (once) with your issue, or contact the support ticket department. In the last case, please be sure to keep an eye on your e-mail as well as in-game, and if you use an e-mail service like AOL or Comcast, be sure to check your Spam folder too.

    Where did people come up with the idea that tele = method to talk to GMs anyways?

    GMs will not answer player requests via World Chat. Please do not use teleacoustics to contact a GM.

    Thank you for responding to this, I've wondered for a while if any of those people were getting answers(I assumed they weren't). The few times I've needed a GM, I've used the I'm Stuck button. It's great to know that the /GM thing also exists, and that it's an acceptable method for summoning the almighty GM. Thanks, guys!

    just curious but why put a password on your bank? Unless you share your account with other ppl seems silly :P
