How do you get fodder/hay to expand you pet backpack??

I really need to know where to get fodder? it says to take 20 fodder to the pet trainer, but at the bottom it says Collect:hay (0/20)
Please help! thanks a bunch ^^

    Ive killed about 20+ at this point (highland tortoise) and none of them have dropped any hay! please tell me what im doing wrong or what i need to do, i really need a third pet slot. Thanks again!

    Ah, seems I posted the wrong link. Sorry about that.

    What is your level? The higher your level compared to the monsters, the less often they drop. Plus, hay is a rare drop anyway. You'll have better luck from level 30 antilope pups.

    Im only level 18 but ive had this quest since i was lvl 7! and i still have no luck D=

    I've had better luck getting drops from Rhinodrakes (Err... I think that's what they're called) outside of Archosaur than from tortoises, to be honest. They're still a rare drop, though... sometimes you can buy them from other players, but they're likely to be overpriced.

    Hay can be found mostly on tortise...
    But of course, its some kind of rare drops...
    Best way is to save $$, and buy a pet bag instead... Much more easier way than to collect 20 hay for 1st bag, and 50 fruits for 2nd bag...
