    truly probably not much, the ini file is like modifying your fps .cfg to change resolution. max fps, ect. it doesn't mean any hacking skill, of curse GMs don't allow it here

    My point is yes making character look diff but who says they stop there **** or change 1 file why not more?

    because changing these files is like editing a a paper in word..requires no skill, actual hacking on the other hand not so easy, or at least requires practice, some knowledge, external program , ect.
