is the PVP good in this game?

ive read and seen that it is a f2p game and everything but my only simple question is is the PVP good in this game like real time combat? thats it thank you.

    Pvp isnt very good on PvE servers I have never been on the Pvp one so I cant speak for that one. TW is the execption
