    Have you transfered it to your server?
    If you don't you will never see it in game

    also have u relogged in game? if not gold will not be there ^^

    Both times I bought Zen I had to relog. Waited like 30 minutes in game and nuttin. Relog to the character screen and back in and Presto! Gold was in account at boutique.
