Hunt for the Traitor

Hunt for the Traitor is a lvl 70 cultivation quest. Can someone please give me coordinates to Yan the Traitor. Is he implemented into the game yet? Quest says around hidden orchid. I been roaming around there and nothing i even went looking around Hidden Orchid Valley for an hour and still nothing. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    I've seen the character a few times near the hidden orchid village.
    He is to the east of the village near the argenweaver mantis.
    I think he wanders around though....
    and its really frustrating to be killed by a lvl 70 mob when you expect to fight lvl 30-40 mobs -_-.

    he's there within sightdistance from an NPC called chuko jr.

    he's one of the few high level bosses that stand in the open between low level mobs and don't just ignore low level players
    spawned out of nowhere and killed my level 30 veno with a single hit yesterday

    i bet most level 30 or so players know and love him
