Game start error

ok Ive FINIALLY have gotten the game dled and running but after it verifys what it needs to I hit start as it tells me then an error box pops up with a red X and a bunch of jiberish like zeros and slashes and the such. It then boots me back to the desktop. WHATS GOING ON ??? any help would be appreciated Thanks

    If you're running XP and able to, please install East Asian Language support. If that does not fix the problem, can you list the following fields from a DXDIAG:
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    Im running off Win 2000 at PWI's MIN requirements. Any help now ?? Where would I find this east asia pack ??

    So I'll be needing my disk then after I follow the steps it SHOULD work yes??

    I dont suppose that the $5 PWI disk they could send me would have EVERYTHING needed to run at the MIN reqs for my system ?

    Everyone's PC system configuration is different. Millions of combinations.

    The DVD install disc only has the install files on it.

    Depending on how your PC is setup, you may need additional apps or programs installed to get it to work properly.

    PC Gaming is not as easy as console gaming, unfortunately.

    Please describe the issues the best you can and reference this thread.

    Ok I now have that east asian language pack (win 2000) but the jiberish error is still there. Now I read somewhere theres something else I may need to do but I cant find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    You need to have the updated graphics drivers for your computer. If you do not know what drivers you use or should use, please list the following fields from a DXDIAG:

    If you want to play PW you will have to buy a new computer I'm sorry to have to tell you. That one is just not strong enough. Here is a good guide from darthpanda16 on system requirements.
