cant start installation

hello,
ive downloaded the client through the downloader and when i start it, and command window appears and 1 sec later disappears >.<
and nothing happens!!!!!
whats the problem?

    The Launcher does that, the Installer, or the ElementClient itself?

    Can you list the following fields from a DXDIAG:
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run).

    Do you have administrative priveleges on your computer? Any really old versions of 7-zip or WinRar installed? The "Perfect World International.exe" file should automatically extract a bunch of different files into a folder in the same directory as it's in, while the install.exe is a pretty typical InstallShield-sorta program.

    Please contact the Support and Ticketing folk. I'm not sure why the install.exe file is even calling on a shell command, but they're probably a lot more knowledable about the subject. Do reference this thread to them.

    Did you ever figure this out, I just downloaded the installer and got it extracted, but when I try to run the installer it automatically stops, I'm using xp, with with a core 2 duo @ 2.16 GHZ with and ATI Radeon mobility x1400 256mb, and 2gb DDR2 ram.

    How much hard drive space do you remaining on each of your hard drives?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
