How do skills increase in the game? Is it through a teacher? Or do you gain skill points and add them in..
Also of which one, how do you do so, because I'm also in the EN MY version, waiting my time out till Closed Beta, but I have no idea how to increase and add skills...
god I feel like a noob.

You go to your Classmaster and there you learn your skills. Don't forget that you need Skill points (which you gain by killing mobs) and gold. Every skill has it max level by 10 and you need Cultivations (something like promotions) to get new skills or to get it stronger. If you have more questions about the skills, ask me
PS: At level 89 you can choose between Holy or Hell, whichever you choose makes your skills stronger and you get a Fairy or Demon as Companion and after Cultivation 99 and 109 it grows up[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

shizo explained everything well but I'll make it more specific to not confuse you.
Skillpoints = You get skillpoints from killing monsters, but you get most of it from quests,*so dont skip any quests even if they give little exp*
Lvling your Skills = To lvl your skills you must meet the lvl requirement, its actually easy to know, open your skill chart in game, point your mouse on your skill, and it will show you at what lvl you can lvl your skills, for example you have a skill called *Oblivion*, you point your mouse on it and it shows: lvl 29,39,49,59,69. Those numbers show what lvl you must be to lvl the skill.
Getting new Skills = At a specific lvl you get a Cultivation Quest, its basicly a quest to prove that your worthy and capable to obtain the new skills that the quest will reward, for example you have a skill called *Oblivion - Doom Skill* Doom Skill means that you need to complete the Doom Cultivation quest to unlock the skill, after you complete one Cultivation quest, you keep lvling till you get to the next one, once you do a Cultivation quest just go to your Skill Master and unlock them, wich requires skillpoints.
Heaven and Hell = You get to choose between the two at lvl 89, basicly your skills get extra effects, lets use the *Oblivion* skill I made up earlier as an example, if I choose Heaven, the *Oblivion* skill will have a extra effect like less cooldown, more stun, if I choose Hell, then the *Oblivion* skill has a 25% chance to increase your Damage and HP for 5 minutes, just a example.
Most people say Heaven gives more defence and Hell gives more damage bonuses, also depends what race and class you are.
Hope that helps.

Awesome I usually just dive right into a game and learn everything myself.
The explanation really helps though, gives me more insight on what its going to be like, thanks![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

What about for a wing elf archer0
-
Not sure of exact location but, as a cleric, I just look for the "Cleric Trainer" at Plume City. I assume there is a NPC called "Archer Trainer" or something similiar.
RA0 -
Where do I can find that such class master being cleric?
I need that because this is very diferent of the Jade Dynastyb:shocked i need some helpb:thanksb:shocked0 -
The archer and cleric trainers are on either side of the pool under the huge trees in central Plume. If you've been doing your quests and gone to the Elder at least once, you know where the pool is.
Big hint: Use the Coordinate Assistant (arrow-looking icon at 4:00 on the minimap edge) to find almost any NPC in the area.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Wow, a necro from 2008! b:shocked
Anyways, all of the Winged Elf cities have cleric and archer trainers, plus Archosaur, Dreamweaver Port, and Thousand Streams.
Using the Coordinates Assistant window is a good suggestion. Just open up the window, find what you're looking for, and double-click it to add that tracking point to your mini-map.0
