No they do not stack. I use powder and always tell clerics not to use it as it is a slower regeneration. They will cancel each other out.

Bah, that totally sucks. That means the skill is kinda useless unless you are not using those pots. -.- and that skill is so expensive to lvl... I think they should make it stackable

Not only does it not stack, but it overwrites. As a cleric casting those skills on someone using focus powders can get you cussed out in a hurry. While it's the mechanics of the game that are at fault, it does greatly upset a player when they pop a 3k 50mp a sec item, or a 6k 100 mp a sec item, and a cleric casts seal on them, Poof your 50 is now a 10 or less mp a sec.

I have a macro that does all the buffs with one click. I have to be a little careful when I do driveby buffing of people that they do not already have bufffs. Most the time if I am not sure I will just continue on. Lucky I learned this by overwriting my own buffs a couple of times.

Now on the PVE server I assume doing this intentionally would get you in trouble but is it considered a valid tactic on PVP? Get a cleric to keep it at level 1 and overwrite any buff you see.

Ya... I've tried it... And it did cancelled... Was so pissed off in this...

I was using 'Focus powder' at that time... And another cleric pass by, and give me some buff, including the 'Celestial Guardian's Seal'. My focus powder was being 'cancelled'... As from 50MP per second drop to about 2-3 MP per second...

That's why sometimes I don't usually buff people, unless they request. And even if I buff, will not buff with Celestial Guardian's Seal as they might have focus powder or life powder on it...
