You're sure you have East Asian language support installed?

Updating your drivers is the first thing I would recommend.

I wonder why your graphicscard doesn't show up though. Any idea if you have one and what kind it is?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
Yeah, that looks like you've got no graphics driver but the default Windows one, which means that you're unable to get any DirectX or OpenGL commands through hardware.
If you're not aware what your graphics card is, you may be able to detect it using a program like Everest, or on a desktop by popping the case open and looking for a graphics card name or (if you're using onboard graphics) the motherboard's name.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Go to this website: http://www.srtest.com/referrer/srtest
and install their little app.
Then use their website to see what your system specs are. Pick a few different games from the list, similar to PWI.
It should tell you what some of your info is and whether it can run some other games.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

A simular game off there list would be what ??? Thanks0

City of Heroes, EverQuest II, and World of Warcraft would all be decent benchmarks for PWI.==/Senior QA Lead/==
